What do these numbers mean?

  • Get Ready: Your mental countdown. Tie your shoes, grab a sip of water, and brace yourself.
  • Warm Up: Light movement to get your heart rate up and blood flowing before the real action starts.
  • Cycles: The total number of rounds. One cycle consists of exactly one Work period followed by one Rest period.
  • Work: All-out effort! Push as hard as you safely can until the screen flips.
  • Rest: Catch your breath, recover, and lower that heart rate before the next round hits.
  • Cool Down: Bring your body smoothly back to reality. Stretch it out and lower the intensity.

How it Works & Instructions

1. Dial in your preferred times in seconds (or leave the defaults!).

2. Hit START WORKOUT. The setup panel will vanish, and the audio engine will prime itself.

3. Listen closely! The app will trigger a crisp "Ping" sound every single time a phase changes, matching the big, bold visual status cues.

4. Once you wrap up your cool down, you're officially DONE!
